Dr. Pacilina Estrella-Barotil is a family practitioner with a masters degrees in Hospital Administration and Rural Development Management. Her heart is shown in her time spent as a missionary doctor (‘91, ‘92, ‘01, ‘02, ‘03, ‘04, ‘05, ‘06, ‘07, ‘08, ‘09, ‘10, ‘11 and ‘12). She is the owner and medical director of Wholeness Family Medical Center, Inc. in Silang, Philippines. She graduated with masters degrees in Hospital Administration from Philippine Christian University, and in Rural Development Management from the University of the Philippines Visayas. Dr. Barotil holds master certification in Nutritional Medicine, certifications in Naturopathy, Functional and Personalized Hormone Restoration Therapy, and further post-graduate training in Translational Nutrigenetics & Nutrigenomics, Chelation Therapy, Injectable Nutrients Therapy, Nutritional Assessment, Application of Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. She is a fellow of the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians, a diplomate of the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians, and is currently working on a fellowship in Nutritional Medicine from SAHAMM in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
